Why is Eating fruits better than consuming fruit juice?

My views on this are very strong, I wish to present my case.

Fruit juice doesn't contain fibre, if juices contained fibre, they would have been a lot less attractive. Fibres can helps you reduce cholestrol, can normalise bowel movement, it absorbs water and makes the digestive tract smooth and it prevents wear and tear which also lowers the risk for hemorrhoids.

No matter how bad the farming practise is fruit juice will be more processed than fruits, so to say fruits don't contain preservatives.

Their could be some debate on this, the way researches are done it could sometimes be difficult to point out certain things conclusively, so certain aspects could be debatable. One may also have certain practical reasons for consuming juice.

But it is also to be pointed out that to increase digestion it has been pointed that one should eat in a comfortable manner, so as to increase digestion, so consuming juice only for the sake of saving time, isn't probably, the right thing to.

And also for a fairly simple reason, because eating fruits will save you a lot of money.
